    Job Opportunity – Wet Trades Operatives

    South West Heritage and Developments Ltd are looking to expand our team and are currently recruiting experienced operatives across a range of wet trades.

    Roles available include:

    • Bricklaying and blocklaying
    • Rendering and plastering
    • Traditional lime rendering and plastering
    • General wet trades (pointing, patch repairs, etc.)

    What we’re looking for:

    • Proven experience in your chosen trade (NVQ or equivalent preferred but not essential)
    • Ability to deliver high-quality work to deadlines
    • A strong work ethic and attention to detail
    • Full UK driving licence (preferred)

  • Job Opportunity – Experienced Site Managers & Site Supervisors

    South West Heritage and Developments Ltd are seeking experienced Site Managers and Site Supervisors to join our growing team. We deliver projects across the South West, with values of up to £1.5 million, and are looking for motivated individuals to take responsibility for day-to-day site operations.

    Requirements:

    • Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) or SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certificate
    • Proven experience running construction projects up to £600k in value
    • Strong knowledge of health & safety procedures and compliance
    • Comfortable managing site paperwork and reporting requirements to a high standard
    • A trade background is preferred, with the ability to step in on the tools or assist on site when required
    • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage subcontractors and direct labour effectively
